The NYPD's Total Containment Vessel

It's been a pretty busy 48 hours in my neighborhood. At approximately 8:30PM on Saturday night, an IED device exploded on 23rd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues injuring 29 people. A 2nd device was found a few blocks away on 27th Street and 7th Avenue. This 2nd device did not explode but instead was hauled away in an NYPD vehicle that I had never seen before. According to the New York Times, this was the police department's "Total Containment Vessel", a vehicle meant to trap pressure inside of its hull in case a bomb exploded.

As of this morning, the main suspect, Ahmad Rahami, was captured in Linden, NJ and at the moment no other suspects are at large. Pretty quick turnaround of events. I can't even imagine what amount of work that must have taken to piece everything together like that in just under 2 days.
