Charlie LeDuff asks the Oregon militia men why they're occupying federal land

Man, this is exactly why I respect Charlie LeDuff so much. Not only has he been through a lot personally (his book is amazing by the way and you should read it) but he's a reporter that has no problem saying it like it is in a fashion that isn't typical of news reporting elsewhere.

In this video here, he interviews two members of the armed militia currently occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon. This group has occupied this federal land since January 2, 2016 and have been mostly made fun of and ridiculed by the media. The government isn't stepping in to do anything mostly because they don't want to escalate the situation to levels seen in similar situations like Ruby Ridge.

But here is Charlie speaking to these guys like you and I would, asking the real questions, and hopefully getting them to re-think their strategy of occupying federal land with guns.

If you want to read a really good book, I highly recommend Detroit: An American Autopsy by Charlie LeDuff. Buy it below.
