This miniature RC car race is like F1 but with jumps

I was reading a thread on reddit about this race -- called the Euro Offload Series --  when somebody posted the source video of the race thread that I was in. The video shows an RC car race with high-powered miniature vehicles flying down straightaways and launching off ramps in a race to beat each other to the most amount of laps in a specific given amount of time. It appears the cars are racing on carpet which would explain the insane grip by these fast-moving vehicles.

As far as car races go, watching this was pretty exciting I think because of the speed at which these cars move. I'm not used to RC cars zooming by so quickly so seeing these cars go round and round was quite cool. I'd love to go to one of these -- maybe even have a hand at driving one just to see how miserable I'd be at it. Does this not look fun?
