An interactive real-time journey of the Apollo 17 mission to the moon
This is one of the coolest websites I have ever come across. Over at Apollo17.org, you can follow the entire Apollo 17 mission to the moon in real-time complete with synced up still photos, broadcast video, and a full transcript of the audio from NASA Mission Control.
The entire mission starting from December 7, 1972 allows you to jump around to any point in the mission and look at the images being taken by the astronauts as well as hear the audio being broadcast with their reactions or any problems during flight. And the best part? Like all things from NASA, the images are in glorious HD (meaning, they're huge)!
