Here's the NYPD Smart Car

Cute, huh? With that tiny wheelbase and those petite little wheels. Just like a Little Tikes toy for kids except of course this one has a real NYPD officer behind the wheel.

I've seen this vehicle in and around Central Park before which makes complete sense I guess if you want the mobility of a golf cart with the added safety and comfort of a completely closed vehicle. The Smart Car's size allows it to easily weave in and out of the park via the pedestrian paths if needed.
