Adopt A Building at The Queens Museum's Panorama of the City of New York
This is neat. For a small donation fee, you can own a section of the huge scale model of NYC over at The Queens Museum. The donations start at $50 (for a small apartment space) and go up to $1000 (for a small commercial building). Each donation comes with an official deed that names you as the lease-holder.
