South Korea’s Universal Basic Income Experiment to Boost the Economy

This is really interesting because it’s not just a standard Universal Basic Income program (ie: give money out), it has criteria for spending in LOCAL economies. The fact that it’s on a card where maybe it can be electronically redeemed or denied makes this process much easier.
