Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp (1982 anime)

Man, I haven't seen this cartoon in ages. When I was a kid, this was the other Aladdin movie that we watched (along with the Disney one). I would occasionally pop this VHS copy of it into our TV and watch as anime-Aladdin and friends went on adventures that mirrored those of the American Disney version. 

I haven't seen it in full from beginning to end in a while (even as I post the link to the video right now) but I do remember it being somewhat creepy. It was released in 1982 and directed by Yoshikatsu Kasai.
