This Russian amphibious vehicle is basically a tank without tank tracks. It's made by Alexey Garagashyan and this video shows the vehicle running around on snow and rough terrain before going completely into water. A true getaway vehicle if there ever was one. Unless you're being chased by a boat. Then you'd need a car that can fly too.
