Anti-ISIS graffiti mural inside the abandoned Bowery station
This is an oldie I guess, but I can't recall ever seeing this video. I haven't been inside in a while, but given how these things normally go, I'd guess that this mural is no longer here.
David Bowie tribute on Bowery
This is interesting. Over the weekend when NYC was covered with nearly 30 inches of snow in a massive blizzard, a small group of people placed a ladder over the Bowery intersection road sign and added "David" to it in an apparent tribute to David Bowie. The NYC DOT has yet to fix the sign so if you want to see it, just head on over to Bowery and Houston.
