Automation may solve car traffic problems

CGP Grey tackles vehicular traffic in his latest video. The main reason why traffic even stats to begin with is because human drivers are not perfect drivers. That is, humans cannot all simultaneously accelerate and decelerate and know for certain what other drivers on the road are precisely thinking. Machines, on the other hand, can do that. And with increasingly better autonomous driving software and vehicles, the future of the intersection (and possibly traffic accidents and traffic in general) may actually one day be a thing of the past.

And corporations that extend copyright power over certain works aren't really fostering creative and useful progression -- which is what copyright was initially intended to do.
