Play a cat roaming around in Kowloon Walled City

I was wondering today what happened to HK Project, the video game where you are a cat in Kowloon Walled City. From the project website, it looks like it's still being developed -- but just slowly. The graphics looks phenomenal though! I really hope this doesn't die. I want to play this game.
