Krang
Krang is also spelled “Kraang”. Haha, the more you know!
Anyway, I want this Krang figure so bad. It’s so cool.
NECA made 1/4 scale TMNT action figures based on the 1990 live action movie!
I just heard that NECA has produced a small line of movie-accurate Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures based on the 1990 live-action film. These 1/4 scale toys are incredibly detailed and could be stand-ins for the movie props and costumes in the '90s movie.
The 4 turtles are available along with a Mutagen Canister and a special Raphael figure in white trench coat (same as the one he wears in the movie).
Here is Michaelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael, and Donatello.
Chunky Mikey now available for $90
Oddworx is selling this 7" Chunky Mikey hand-painted figure in the likeness of a fat Michelangelo from TMNT. Available for $90.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles heroes and villains pin sets
This is amazing! Unfortunately, it won't come in time for Christmas, but if you don't care about that, you can buy this set of 8 enamel pins for $70 ($35 for each heroes/villains set). Available for pre-order on Mondo tomorrow!
SH Figuarts Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures
I saw these at NY Comic Con a few weeks ago. These are the SH Figuarts Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures that are based off of the original cartoon series. Maybe it's because I grew up on this cartoon series of TMNT, but I've basically hated every single reiteration of the TMNT since this period. The movies have been terrible and the cartoons seem even worse. I guess I'm just nostalgic for these happier more silly TMNT faces.
Anyway, SH Figuarts is bringing these to market very soon for about $65 a pop. Pricey, but maybe, just maybe, worth the splurge for some amazingly detailed and true-to-cartoon shelf objects.
The 4 TMNT figures are available separately on Amazon for pre-order: Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael.
