How Imaginary Forces designed the title for 'Stranger Things'

Vox sat down with some designers at Imaginary Forces to talk about all the wonderful '80s inspiration that went into the title design for the Netflix original series Stranger Things. I echo the sentiments mentioned early on in the video above about never skipping over the opening credits of Stranger Things despite it being both long and exactly unchanged from episode to episode. There's just something so soothing about watching those imperfect glowing letters slowly sliding into place. And then those horizontal lines stretching out from the center right on cue with the music. It's just perfection.
