Google's Titan Security Key Bundle
Should I buy into this thing? I’ve heard mixed reviews about security keys and the way it logs you out of other locations when you use it in/on another device. Is this true? PLEASE HELP.
AmazonBasics 60W 6-Port USB Charger
I didn't know Amazon had its own multi-USB charger under the AmazonBasics line. Man, they are starting to make everything! Available for $24.99.
PowerUp by Homey is the ultimate USB-C power and data hub
This is the greatest USB C power and hub solution I've ever seen. I want one.
The QacQoc USB-C hub gives you legacy ports and charges your MacBook
I don't own a laptop with integrated USB-C, but I know that one day I probably will. There's been a lot of talk lately about how USB-C forces people to have dongles upon dongles at their disposal just to use some legacy devices. I'll probably be one of those people when the time comes.
Anyway, I was watching the video below from Dave Lee talking about the 2016 13" MacBook Pro (normal function keys) when I noticed this great looking USB-C attachment: The QacQoc USB-C hub. This attachment sits flush with the MacBook and gives you 2 USB 3 slots, a USB-C connection, and the all-important SD Card slot. And more importantly, you can still charge your MacBook through it. Cool. Check it out here.
MTA announces new buses with USB charging ports and Wi-Fi
The MTA couldn't get us an actual photo of the bus?
According to a recent press release from the MTA, the company will add about 2042 new buses to its fleet. Each bus will have USB charging ports and Wi-Fi and incorporate touch-screens for passenger information.
The first roll-out of these new buses will begin in Queens as early as 2nd and 3rd quarter of this year! New buses! Who doesn't like 'em?!
On a related note, look at this bus photo from 2010. I've never seen this type of bus before. It looks weird.
