HPRC 2760W hard case has 4 wheels
The HPRC 2760W is awesome because it has 4 wheels which allow you to push it around when it’s laying flat.
Are HPRC and Porta Brace the same company?
I’ve been shopping around for a new hard case for some EQ I own and I’ve decided to see what my options are beyond Pelican-brand cases (which I love). HPRC is the top contender/alternative but in my search I also came across Porta Brace hard cases (I know their soft bags but had no idea they made hard plastic cases like this too). Everything about the HPRC and Porta Brace cases are the same, even down to the model number. I just want to know if Porta Brace outsources their hard cases to HPRC and just re-brands them or if it’s maybe the other way around…? For what it’s worth, the Porta Brace versions of the same exact hard case are generally much cheaper than the HPRC versions. Why? I have no idea.
HPRC 4800W iMac case review
Hmm, I might consider this as a travel case if I ever buy another 27” monitor. It’s much cheaper than the Tenba cases which I’ve been using.
Plastic case for 120 film
I've been shooting more and more 120 film lately and I've been in search of a way to carry different types of exposed and unexposed film in an organized way. No more film boxes to carry around.
The best solution other than a film bag (which I just don't like) is the 120 film cases on Japan Camera Hunter. However, my gut told me that paying close to $10 PLUS shipping from Japan for these things was just way too much. So I went to see if anybody was selling one on eBay and well, I ended up finding basically the same thing, without the JCH branding, for a fraction of the price (often times with free shipping).
The version above is a 10-roll holder, but you can buy 5-roll holders for incredibly cheap.
