There's a Patreon for re-watching police pursuit videos
I didn’t know this until today, but the popular police chase YouTube channel, wwwy2000, has gone to a full paid-subscriber channel. All posted ON Patreon, no less. That’s kind of interesting. And also very weird.
Ride along with LA County Sheriff's motorcycle as they track down burglary suspect
This is one of the coolest videos I've ever seen of a police pursuit. It's basically first-person footage of a motorcycle cop chasing down a suspect -- with commentary!
Unboxing police cars
I never knew people bothered to "unbox" cars. Here's one that most normal people can't really experience -- unboxing a police car. Although these two vehicles aren't rolling off assembly lines (that's what I would really call an unboxing), they do offer a good look at what is inside a relatively fresh police interceptor or pursuit vehicle. Lots of tech, not a lot of space, not a whole lot of comfort (except for the driver), and more power than their civilian counterparts (in this case, the Ford Explorer and the Chevrolet Caprice).
Two troopers relieved of duty, criminal probe launched into ‘disturbing’ video of officers punching driver - Washington Post
Here's the video. I get he's a suspect, but c'mon, officers. Where's the restraint here? Aren't we all supposed to hold you guys to a higher standard? How does this de-escalate the situation at hand?
