How to get out of cold water if you fall through the ice

Man, I love that this guy went into the frigid waters THREE times to demonstrate 3 different ways somebody can get themselves out of water if they fall through the ice. I hope he had a nice hot bath and hot chocolate afterwards. In all seriousness, this is some good advice. Spread your weight across the ice instead of in one area.

Video of Coast Guard rescuing 4 people from a capsized boat

This is cool only because I've never seen a Coast Guard rescue video from the perspective of the people being saved. In this case, one of 4 people on a capsized boat near Charleston, SC recorded the entire rescue with a GoPro. Pretty scary scenario, but these 4 guys seem in generally good spirits.
