Wow, I had no idea the seat post has so much to do with ride comfort. In fact, according to research, almost nothing else matters if you’ve got a good carbon seat post.
The Tout Terrain Silkroad Handlebar Stop
I was watching a review of the $6300 Tout Terrain Silkroad bicycle and happened upon this little custom gadget that the bike has called a Handlebar Stop. The little contraption basically locks the steering in place when the bike is not in motion so that the bike can easily lean without falling over (or be used with a kickstand I guess).
As far as I know, this piece is custom made for this bike but I wish somebody would make a universal version of this for all bikes. I like this idea. The closest thing I’ve found to it is the Steestopper and that thing is really expensive!
Synchros Matchbox Coupe Cage
This is cool, but is this gimmicky? Like, am I just gonna lose this thing on a huge bump or something? Is this a good water bottle cage?
