Tim Hwang created a fake organization to get into restricted areas

Why didn't I think of this? I've always said that the best way into a restricted space is to look like you belong. And that's exactly what Tim Hwang did. He and several friends created the Bay Area Infrastructure Observatory for the sole purpose of getting into restricted areas that serve the public. These include power plants, dams, train yards, and much more. You can join either the NYC or San Francisco branch of this unit and get in on future observations.
