What it's like to ride a bus that travels on rails
This bus system in Adelaide, Australia allows normal vehicular busses to transfer onto a rail system. The system here is known as the O-bahn and has reportedly been in use since 1986.

You can buy a left-hand-drive Ute in America
I just learned from watching this video from Doug DeMuro that you can buy one of Australia's plentiful utes in the US, complete with left hand drive. The cars are modified by a company called Left Hand Utes with souped up motors. I kind of want one.
