The absence of food choice may be the secret to living longer

I've already written about this once this week, but Macleans just posted an article that again suggests that eating the same good thing may actually be bad for you. All those food diet fads -- coconut oil, kale salad, juices, etc. -- may actually be bad for your body. This is mostly due to the fact that our bodies weren't naturally made to consume such high amounts of the same thing. And combined with certain sugars and flours in our diet, they may in fact combine to be downright bad.

Tons of research is still yet to be conclusive, but for now, it is at least good to start admitting that the best diet for other people may not be the best diet for you.
