Eating the world's most expensive steak at Mu Ramen
Watch as Nick Solares of EATER eats dry-aged Wagyu, a piece of beef aged about 400+ days and available (sort of) at Mu Ramen in Long Island City.
Mu Ramen is already my all-time favorite ramen joint in the city and now I know they have this incredible piece of steak. I'll probably never be able to afford this, so until I'm a millionaire, I'll just drool over this guy's lucky day.
If you're eating ramen in the US, it's most likely from this American ramen noodle manufacturer
Watch this fantastic clip from Eater about Sun Noodle, an American ramen noodle company that distributes noodles to some of the country's best ramen shops. There's a good chance that if you love eating ramen in the US, that ramen you're eating comes from one of Sun Noodle's 3 factories (Hawaii, California, and New Jersey). An interesting little piece of trivia for the foodie in me!
