JR's Inside Out Project goes to PS 63 Star Academy and Neighborhood School in the East Village

I feel like the East Village's PS 63 Star Academy and Neighborhood School has been under construction and scaffolding for a long time. Well, this past month, JR and his Inside Out project spiced up the exterior of the construction zone with individual school portraits of the students that go there.

The exterior of PS 63 is now covered in about 200 giant portraits all taken inside JR's custom Inside Out photo truck. What a wonderful thing for the neighborhood and the kids. Check out some photos I took below.
